In order to learn how to do a 360 on a snowboard you should have backside, frontside and cab 180's learned. You also have to be able to ride switch. Warning: Applying this trick without basic skills down could lead you to get hurt.
1. Ride up the bottom of the hit and wind up in the opposite direction that you like to spin.
2. On the top of the lip, pop off and spin by unwinding your shoulders and hips. Drive your hips with the spin. Your shoulders will follow your knees concurrently.
3. Get your knees up to your body and look in the direction that you have to spin.
4. Open up your body to slow down your spin and put your legs downward to land.
5. Stomp the landing and ride off as if you stole something.
An important step in knowing how to 360 on a snowboard is continuous preparation. Practice on flat ground with your board off at first and then with your board on. Progress to working on backside and frontside spins off small jumps that don't practice hard landings. Establish your confidence step by step. Looking to go too big, rapidly and too soon can have a real negative effect on your mental game.
